Examples are, the 'Metro' start screen comes up normal but when I mouse over the icons, the scroll box they are in, scrolls to the bottom and top icons.
I've had some Odd issues with exactly the same kind of setup before. Best part was spending 6+ hours trying to determine what was wrong with the Main POS server for a business (it ran thin clients, so if it was down, so was the rest of the system) that kept having really bad errors (booting, loading windows, you name it). Pulled the entire PC apart (drives, re-seating Ram, replaced NIC cards etc). Every time we seemed to fix one problem, another came up. While this was happening, of course, the business was trying to keep cashing customers out, having to do invoices by hand (ungh.paper). End of the day, of all things, Decided to pull the USB dongle out (from the brand new wireless keyboard) and the damn thing booted. Worked fine. Found the network.
